WEEKLY TRAINING
SPRING SCHEDULE
During these sessions, our coaches will put the athlete(s) through a structured training regiment designed to enhance all areas of their basketball game: agility, conditioning, vertical training, ball handling, different finishes at the rim, shooting etc.
Athletes will have access to our specialty equipment; agility ladder, weighted basketball, cones, basketball dribbling gloves etc.
