Athletes will be assigned a team and will compete weekly
There are 2 divisions (Developing Skills+ Competitive Experienced)
Each session consists of 2 Blocks
Block A (SKILL DEVELOPMENT)
Block B (GAME/APPLICATION)
Week 4 we will track wins/losses (Standings Determine the Championship Game
Athletes will receive an Apex jersey
